I think I first encountered Dr. de Sanz in my early 40's when she was studying at UCSF. I followed her to her next practice in Palo Alto and then back to San Francisco when she purchase an existing practice at 450 Sutter. At one point Sarah confided that she had more picture of the inside of my mouth than she had of her first born child. I inherited my mother's inclination toward periodontal disease. She had full dentures by the time she was thirty years old. I am now 75 and with Dr. Sarah's guidance, I still retain over half of my original teeth (barely). She has shown me the true meaning of the term "long in the tooth". It has been an arduous, but joyous ride!

What a PLEASANT experience! Dr. de Sanz was recommended to me by my Dentist, whom I trust implicitly(25 years!) I had broken my bridge support teeth. I needed the support teeth to be extended and 2 posts implanted. Dr. de Sanz was very accommodating to my schedule- multiple visits over a 3 month period- this exceeded the timeline that my primary dentist provided. Each time that I visited, she was prompt and very reassuring. There were two surgeries, which extended the crowns and provided the implants. There was minimal pain afterward. I took advantage of the Limo service to my front door- the driver was quite remarkable! After both surgeries, Dr. de Sanz called me in the evening, to check on my progress and follow up with questions. Dr. de Sanz has set the bar quite high for ALL dentists that I visit in the future. If I have any need for future work- I will not hesitate to call Dr. de Sanz. It was a delightful experience. I am very happy with the result!
